Different Consequences of Revoked and Cancelled Liquor Licenses

Statutory prohibitions from having an interest in a liquor license include a prior revoked liquor license within 2 years. Cancelled licenses do not ban the principals from applying, however, the history will be weighed in the decision whether to grant another license.
