On the southeastern shore of Seneca Lake, a joint venture between the principals of California winery (Hobbs) and a German winery (Mosel Valley’s Selbach-Oster) will soon launch.  They expect it will be 3 years to complete planting.  This new venture shows how the Finger Lakes have garnered respect internationally for their Rieslings, Gewürztraminer and Pinot Blanc wines.
